Overtightening of the cylinder and cylinder head nuts will cause malfunction of the Sherco 2000 engine. Check the following settings to make sure the bike is set-up properly. Incorrect tightness settings will cause a loss of performance. Also, if there are clutch dragging problems, it could be that the clutch axle is overtightned, please check the value in case of a problem.
Tightness settings
Ignition nut: 10 m/kg     Crankshaft nut: 10 m/kg
Clutch axle nut: 6 m/kg Cylinder nut: 2,2 m/kg
Cylinder head nut:  1 m/kg
